I am married to a wonderful man who loves boxed mac and cheese, highly manufactured and processed snack products and deep-fried anything. Stephen dreads nothing more than schvitzing for hours over the stove or waiting as I schvitz for hours over the stove. He likes salt. He likes butter. He likes brown. (His cholesterol and blood pressure are testaments to his laser-like dedication to artery clogging beige edibles).
